Concerned increase on premuims

I am very worried at the sometime disappointed for what Union life (Dove) funerals they increase premiums every year but the don't increase cover(sum) when I call their customer service complaining about that they told me about high volumes of claims and inflation but also as a client we are also affect by inflation ,they only thing for themselves and their business and don't have a problem by increasing premiums my problem is why they don't increase cover as well it seems that the are taking advantage of poor people like us ...:-(
