SELLING FAULTY RADIOS

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PRODUCTS SOLD....Bought a new radio for my with a warranty. The radio turns out is faulty. We went back to show them and a staff member confirmed that we are not the only clients dissatisfied with the product. However, his manager wasn't available and we returned the next week. Suddenly they're unable to assist us. The radio would work at times and then not. Unfortunately it worked on the day of our return (it didn't the first time, but the staff member we spoke to is now missing). Dispite the fact that we are aloud an exchange as we are withing the warranty terms, the manager refuses to help. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone as they're only goal is to **** people out of their money by selling low quality products.
