Shocking Service, Disgusted

I purchased a pool table from Union Bil****ds during December 2015, the pool table was delivered and installed as arranged. In January 2016 I had to redo the floor the pool table was resting on. I called Union Bil****ds during the first week of February 2016 to arrange the relevelling of the pool table after the floor was redone. This was a rather simple task that takes no longer than an hour or two at most at a cost of roughly R450.00 which I was glad to pay. I have called and left messages over the last two months, to date 06/04/2016 no one has come out to assist. I am utterly disgusted with the horrific after sales service of Union Bil****ds, it has been barely 4 months since my purchase and they are not able to assist in last two months of endless requests. What a joke of an organisation, if I had this knowledge earlier I would have not even considered purchasing a product from this company. I have now been forced to use the services of their direct competitor \United Pool Tables\" to do what seems to be an impossible task for Union Bil****ds. Shocked and astonished at the totally lack of service."
