Unhelpful company

The system doesn’t work well, then when i call the call centre to get help i am told that i must wait for the system to load so that i can manually recharge my account. Waited for an hour only to find out that that my matter is still not fix the i get an sms saying the that my meter has been loaded, of which i said to the agent that i dont want the system to auto load to my meter now i have been giving a recharge amount that i didnt ask for and when i try to call the call centre my calls are been unanswered even on their whatsapp number im not been answered. Im not happy what so ever about this matter.
