outrageous fees
So i made a deposit of R100 two days ago n yesterday only R15 was loaded on the system, when i contacted unimet they told me R85 rand was for bank fees im struggling to understand how back fees can be so high or I'm being ********** . has anyone experienced such?

Your payment was made at a bank teller. Teller bank fees are incredibly high. One of our support agents will give you a call.
