******* recovery and collections from unimet systems
They are operating outside of the law by *******ly loading your third party lease rental on your meter wallet. When you top up your utilities wallet they *******ly deduct the 3rd party rent and not use the money for water and electricity as they are mandated. They are not a collection agency.
