Dissapointing service
I wish there was a negative zero on the ratings because your service lately is below part and very disappointing, getting hold is a struggle as well,if I see any other company /complex using your services I will gladly passby

We sympathise with you that with all the changes made by your landlord recently has created a lot of instability at your estate. Unfortunately, it is not under the control of Unimet how the landlord chooses to bill for services. As has been communicated to you by your landlord, with effect from 1st August 2023, your billing will revert to how it was prior to July 2023.
Kind regards, Unimet Systems

31 Jul 2023, 19:35What about the payments that were unaccounted for? As we speak right now, I requested for my meter statement / reading for the past week and your team hasn't reverted back to me.
You and my landlord have to sort this out without involving me because I have no idea what you are talking about.
I'll be waiting to get my meter readings for the past week (i.e payments, allocations, etc) . Thanking you in advance.

All your invoices and your payments can be seen online via the Unimet Portal. Log in using the credentials assigned to you when you first registered. From the main menu at the top right corner, select "wallet" and then select "statement".
You can choose any date range that you need, then click "filter". For every invoice on the statement, there are three little dots on the right hand side. Click on the dots to view the detailed invoice or to email the email to yourself.
To see your meter readings, from the main menu select "meters", from the page that you are redirected to then click on "meter profile" next to the meter that you want information for, and then select the "usage" tab. This will give you your historic meter readings. You can then choose the date range of information that you are looking for.
Kind regards, Unimet Systems
