What a total *******, we pay 300 god knows for what every month. Every transaction we still pay the service fee for no service 🤬🤬🤬 No water since midnight..... They even promise to split accordingly but no they choose to do what they want with your money

The monthly fixed fee is not for our services, but for your fixed municipal fees billed by your landlord. Since your water meter is prepaid it requires sufficient funds in your wallet to top you up.
