Very unhappy with the service provided!

I just would like to bring to your attention that we bought uniform from your guys in February 2018 and one of the pants did not fit our the****** she went in to ask to exchange it for a wide leg pants. You guys did not have stock and took down her details and said you would call back once they find out when stock would arrive.

We did not receive any phone calls and I have been calling almost every week to find out what is happening and when stock will arrive- each time the answer is we sorry but we do not know when the stock will arrive. This is absolutely ridicules as we have been waiting since February – 6 months that out the****** does not have the correct uniform. I don’t know how it can take you guys so long to get new stock in s you are a whole sale company.

Please could this matter be sorted out asap as we need the correct uniform as this was paid for 6 months ago.
