Think twice about renting at this place!

Becareful of the rental agents for Unilofts. My brother endured a year of *****in, in the form of his clothes, crockery, cutlery etc while renting at Unilofts. They allow students to sign the lease agreement, knowing that by law the person who is paying the account and earning a salary should receive the statements and the lease agreement to sign. However, they allow the student / tenant to sign because they ***** from the students. They let the lease term run until December, knowing that the students are away for the university holiday - therefore receiving an additional month's rent despite the fact that the tenant has vacated the premises with all his / her belongings. All rental agents that I have dealt with, has their lease agreement expire in November....but not UNILOFTS!!!! To this day, we have requested statements (almost 5 months ago) and we are still waiting. The statements has obviously not been sent because they cannot prove why the deposit was not refunded in full, given that the apartment was left in perfect condition! Learn from our mistake of renting at Unilofts (Bloemfotein)...we lost / was cheated out of a lot of money!
