No Intention of refunding Deposit

Unilofts was late to allow occupation 2015 and thus lost 2 months rent. My son had stayed there for the year, on moving out, he requested an inspection, got the all clear, however 'someone else' will come inspect on 20/12/2015, when the students are no longer available. And lo and behold - they had to repaint the small 2 bedroom flat at an amazing cost of R7700.00, (white paint) retaining the 2 x deposits of R3350.00 each plus an additional charge.<br> Dulux Weather Guard selling retail at R729.00 per 20L - average coverage per liter 7sqm. = 140 sqm.<br> Very expensive labor?<br>
