Wuhu sign up issues

My friends have been trying to refer to for the past few weeks but the referral sms never comes through.

I’ve also been trying to sign up an account for the past 3 weeks now but I never get the otp message to complete the registration. Wuhu needs to fix this, they promote competitions/promotions for new account sign ups but we’re unable to sign up.
