Wuhu No Rewards ****
My complaint regards the Unilever rewards program called Wuhu Rewards... I've been trying to get a R50 Checkers voucher and a R50 Shoprite Voucher. However my request is still under review. Even my mom has been waiting more than a week for her R50 Checkers Voucher. Don't know why it's taking so long. This isn't the first time I've complained about the same thing and still nothing was done about it. Please sort out this department because its giving Unilever a very bad name. My mom has emailed the Wuhu team but still no response. Really pathetic service. I would like my R50 Checkers and R50 Shoprite Voucher approved please. Also my mom's R50 Checkers voucher. Please can someone sort this out. Thanks

13 Dec 2021, 23:39The last time I also complained on Hello Peter and within 24 hours my query was resolved... So please sort out this matter asap because lots of people are complaining about the vouchers not being approved.

17 Dec 2021, 08:54I received a call from Unilever and the lady told me my issue will be resolved in 48 hours. Guess what I'm still waiting. Please Unilever sort out your Wuhu Team and approve the vouchers I requested.
