Worst manager ever bumped into

Went to pep store with my proof of residence looking for a cellphone and I was using my dad's since we staying same house.. I ddnt understand why its refused as I always use it... I used it with my 1st cellphone it waznt a problem at all. What really dissapointed me was the manager with a tag by "JOWI" came straight to me took my documents from the lady and instructed her to do something else as if the consultant waznt helping... I felt like I was just a piece of paper that needed to be moved away from the store..... If the managerial position makes one leaves their manors at home then wow
