Worst customer service experience

Ponds customer service is the worst I have ever had in my life I have struggling to get the ponds ****le clear range in stores when I sent them messages on Instagram I have auto response I had to comment on post to get a proper response I asked my details which I gave a week later no one has contacted me I had to send another message to get the same response our team is looking in to it after I had to do my own follow up Ponds dose vaule it's customers at all.
