washing soap damaging the hands

During the last few weeks, we have been using MAQ washing powder we have used it before a while back thou. on this specific one I have realized every time we do the laundry using MAQ hand wash. after doing the laundry one will have the skin peeling off and soars on the hands. at 1st we thought it was just an allergic reaction to that one person. three people have used the washing powder and still experience the same problem.
