Very upset customer

So I really, really enjoy using comfort softener, I love the smell it gives off and I use it for my curtains as well and people always complement the smell on my clothes. But on the 26/08/2020 I bought comfort Concentrated Fabric conditioner the Aromatherapy one and there was green stuff in the liquid I was so disgusted that I throw 3 bottles away, cause all three of them has that green stuff in the liquid. I would really like to know if that was a manufacturing issue or what that was. PLease advise.. Very upset customer.
