UNILEVER - WUHU PLATFORM PATHETHIC SERVICE DELIVERY

Unilever has a platform WUHU where you can scan till slips and receive points in return. This is the worse that I have ever experienced. No customer service, points disappeared and you get absolutely no response on your queries. Products that you buy get not acknowledge and doesn't matter how many emails you write there is no resolve or reply. I think the employees are *****ing from the consumers and nothing gets done about it. Disgusted, Please cancel WUHU you wasting our time and your employees are *****ing from the customers.
