unilever had destroyed me as a women

i have been using a product Tresemme shampoo & conditoner for years recently i had bought the same product and this product there was something seriously wrong with it my hair from silky soft to corse. i had made contact with them in advising them of whats happening i was asked to send my products to them which i did in october after following up all the time i had no resolutions and waiting for feedback i have noticed my hair is not brittle and is falling, after numerous calls emails i was finally told yesterday that there was nothing wrong with that batch and i was the only one that complained. as a women this demotivated made me loose my self esteem im disgusted with unilever as a whole. i know that i couldnt be the only person that experienced this and im sure im not the last one either. i have no seeked legal advice as to how to deal with such poor service from such a huge entity. if there is anyone else that had a problem with Tresemme Thermal Aloe Vera prouducts would be nice to just know.
