Tresemme Water Conditioner

I have purchased my monthly shampoo and conditioner from Clicks Goodwood 2 months ago which was the Tresemme keratin shampoo and conditioner. However when I washed my hair I came across that the conditioner was more water than conditioner, I then phoned the customer care line and was informed that some one will collect the conditioner and I will receive a voucher within 7 days. The conditioner was collected 2 weeks ago and to date still no vouchers, I wasted my airtime more than 5 times because its either the lady(whose name I know and wont mention) is on lunch from 12h00-14h00 or she says I must wait more days. Today I called and was informed that they will send me another R100 voucher, what I find so disturbing is the fact that I'm already waiting almost 3 weeks for this voucher and its only R100?? My conditioner was R100 but the fact that it was water is NOT my fault yet they give me only a R100 back?? I'm not one to complain or name and shame companies and this is my first complaint ever and so far its nothing but a waste of airtime and no conditioner. I'm extremely disappointed in Unilever and I'm a regular customer who purchase Unilever products every month!!!
