SURF WASHING POWDER

Several weeks ago I logded a complaint against Surf, which has been staining my white clothing. Unilever gave me a positive response and seemingly investigated the case. A courier was sent to me as I had to submit a sample of the affected clothing. I submitted 4 clothing items, and sent a picture of the stained bra. Lab investigations were supposedly conducted, and the results stated that my clothing were stained by some other substance unbeknown to them. How convenient! My clothing is going to be returned as per email. The blue which were irremovable is apparently now been washed off. They obviously removed them using their formulae which I'm clueless about. It's a pity that they didn't take any responsibility because it means that they will continue to reproduce Surf using the same formulae. I have done my own mini word of mouth research asking people about Surf and to my surprise my case wasn't unique to me. I expect them to give me some compensation as my son's 3xTshirts are all wort +R599. They are not even decent to acknowledging fault on their side. Because I store washing powder in a small bucket they are now saying it's not their product and I mixed it with another washing powder. The notion that I painted my own clothing with some blue substance and blamed in on their product is rather disrespectful to say the least. DON'T BUY SURF IT'S WASTE OF MONEY AND YOUR CLOTHES. WORSE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A *****
