Sunlight South Africa bad marketing and promotions

I won the sunlight hamper on the 26th of September as I have entered a competition and I was send a message by the Sunlight South Africa page telling me that I've won 1 of the 6 Sunlight hampers and I then provided them with my cellphone number and delivery address, I then did that but I used my delivery address with the campus address as I am currently residing here at NWU Vaal thinking I am going to get my hamper ASAP since they said they will contact me and still today that hamper has not been delivered to me and they are now not even responding to my inbox messages. I even wrote on their wall on that Facebook page asking about this.

What kind of advertising is this? Hellopeter please kindly help me in ensuring that they live up to their promises. I mean Sunlight is a big brand and for them to advertise false information is very bad for their image. I entered a competition and won so they should be fair in ensuring that I get my prize. What bothers is I go out of my way as a student to enter competitions and even follow up to check if they still remember but now I am really fed up with their lies and empty promises.
