Sunlight laundry bars poor quality

On two occasions two different stores I bought sunlight laundry laundry bars, first 2 then I bought 6. The first incident after opening and using the bars they started cracking and we ended with small pieces which were difficult to use. After I bought the second time I removed the packaging only to find all the bars cracked again the next day. I then contacted Unilever through WhatsApp and the website only to be told I should use the bars as they are safe to use. I kept telling the person that I would like to return them for a refund but my pleas fell on deaf ears. Why should we be forced to use products we are not happy with? Was it hard to simply take the bars back and refund? The company knows the products are not of good quality but fail to recall them or atleast inform the public so that we make informed buying decisions. The customer care service is the worst to experience, I am never buying any of your products ever again. If I could I would rate it 0
