Spider Webs in Knorr Packet Sauce

Hi, i purchased Knorr Creamy Garlic Sauce and when i opened it there were spider webs in the packet! this is an extreme health risk. The expiry date is a year from now, so i would like to know how this is even possible? clearly your health standards are not up to scratch in your factory. I called in to complain and all i was offered was a replacement coupon! For possibly putting my entire family's health at risk! DISGUSTED!!!
