Shield SA marketing team is very unprofessional

Shield ran a competition which they cancelled without informing the applicants. This was very unprofessional especially after many attempts were made to find out whats happening, that they chose to ignore. I'm very disappointed in how they handle the whole situation, especially that they such a well known and respected brand....but they totally forgot about customer services, the people who they are selling their brand to!
