Serious Quality Problem.

The quality of Doves earbuds is terrible with the cotton buds coming off the plastic stems. On the first occasion, I waxed my nose hairs only to land up with only the cotton stock in my nostrils. I don't have to explain what I went through getting those two out? Last night I decided to clean my ears with a Doves ear bud and spent the evening very uncomfortable having to go to a Doctor today to try and remove the cotton which fell off the stem. Due to this, I have to break down my Families group decision to not leave our property at all during lock down.
