SAD that Unilever wont take responsibility
Unilever wont take responsibility for their product DAMAGING my shirt - I sent in pictures of a light blue shirt that was damaged by OMO powder and they respond with a copy and past response saying " What was observed though, is that there was a bit of residue on a darker shade fabric" THE FABRIC (SHIRT) WAS LIGHT BLUE so whos shirt did Unilever review - I also requested to send the shirt with the product for testing, this was declined and now they need more pictures after I gave the shirt away

I spoke to a consultant that advised the below email notes the OMO product did not dissolve correctly on the test washes that were done in the lab.
Yesterday while checking the bag of OMO powder I noted the following on the packaging " Do not apply powder directly to fabric" So while I used the powder draw and as per your own email wording and consultant advice the powder did not dissolve properly the shirt was ruined as the powder was left on the shirt and did not wash off properly.
In light of this, I would like OMO to take responsibility for the shirt that was ruined and to replace the shirt. The next step would be that I will lodge a formal complaint under the Consumer Protection act if no reasonable solution is given.
