Ripped of

Good afternoon, so my mother contracted covid 19 and tested positive this past weekend, being as sick as she is the past few days and not eating solid foods she requested me to purchase knorr soup for her specifically the chicken and vegetable variant. I went to Starwood spar in phoenix, made the purchase, got home, opened the box and took out a sachet and quickly looked at the expiry date and instructions, then to my disbelief I notice the sachet says beef and mushroom. Now being from a traditional hindu household we abstain from any beef and pork products. So paying almost R20 just for two sachets is quite a rip of as we have to throw the beef and mushroom one away. Was this just negligence and will something be done to correct this.
