I just want to take the time to compliment Bongekile Sibisi from Unilever! <br> She resolved my issue within a matter of a few days! She seems extremely professional, as I spoke to her as well, she called me to confirm delivery address for the coupon. <br> <br> I logged a complaint on their site, on the 05/05, a short while later receiving an email from Bongekile, the next day (06/05), they retrieved the package from me and that Saturday the 08/05 I found a refund coupon waiting for me in my Post Box!<br> <br> Well done on keeping your clients happy!
