Qualification promised but never recieved

For the last year now I have been fighting with Unilever for a qualification that a group of 20 plus was told we had way back in 2007. I found out last year september that the *********** people who had run the training at that time hadnt even registered us for the qualification so now I have no qualification and it's costing me job opportunities as I would like to further my career but now can not.<br> <br> I have been more than patient and understanding but if this is the kind of way people are treated by a big international company that prides them self in world class service this is a very poor way of showing it. Its absolutely pathetic and totally disgusted.
