Promotion of Robertson spices

We went to Makro Silver Lakes on Sunday the 26th of July 2015. There was a lady promoting Robertson spices. She said if you purchase 6 bottels of spices you will receive an apron with the utensils in it for free, but two of the bottles must be brown. So we fid exactly as we were told to. The lady said after we have paid, after standing in the queue for almost an hour, we can collect the apron. When we were done we went back to the lady to fetch the apron and we were told she doesn't have any more aprons. This is totally unacceptable, as we have already paid and we also asked the lady to keep one for us and she didn't do that. We spoke to the Manager at Makro, Harry Gowrie. He phoned the people responsible for the promotion, Im not sure exactly who they are, but he spoke to a guy named Thuba, his no is ***. He wasn't very friendly and my husband asked him for his manager's details, and he didn't want to give it to us. He promised my husband to phone him back on Monday, which he didn't do. He also said that he will arrange for the apron to be delivered to us, because we actually live in Johannesburg. Now we are still waiting for a response and nothing is happening. This i
