Poor Service

i recently purchased the tub cream from one of the big stores- either Dischem or checkers, only to find that there are fine particles in the cream. I have reported the dame problem to Unilvere about 3 years ago. I informed Nomakhosi from Consumer support and now she wants all kinds of details including photos of the contents. Please just swop out the faulty items with the proper stuff. I have given you all the info you needed thus far.
