Poor Quality Products - No Value for money

<p>Purchased 12 x Handy Andy from my local spar when it was on special but there is something wrong with the product </p> <p> </p> <p>Its weak and clear and looks like it was mixed with something and not the correct Handy Andy Product </p> <p> </p> <p>Also the packaging was torn and looked old </p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe we should not buy when the prices are cheap and these products are on special cause it seems like are buying stuff thats mixed or made cheaper hence the price </p>
