poor quality

I bought roll on by checkers in westgate mall i opened the roll on and the ball was stuck to the top all the roll on fell out i buy 2-3 a month but as of late the quality of the product is been made poorly if it doesnt go all over the place the ball that has been stuck . It is not fair roll on is so expensive and i dont see why I have to be throwing money like that away . This is causing me to switch brands and not buy anything by dove ..
