Ponds false advertising

i have emailed, Facebook and sent an Instagram msg and still no reply from u guys. I have bought the ponds clear ****le micellar and the face-wash on the 8th of June, on the package it says it "reduces ****les in 3 days" its been almost a month and still no improvement and the worse part is you don't reply. I want my money back as this is false advertising
