PONDS CREAM HARD LIKE ROCK

I always buy Ponds Vanishing Cream long lasting oil control. (Very oily). I buy it from Clicks, i always buy three of the 100 ml containers.. This is the third time now that I am using it and It is like Rock. I am very unhappy because I have been using it for years because I like Ponds. When I tried my sisters Ponds cream the very same one it was soft. I am very upset and wish they could improve on this because I use it every month. The first time this happened I left it and second time I just did not have time to take it back now it is the third time. Now that I think about it I have been getting ****les and this could be the cause.
