Pep Yeoville: Ill-treatment

I went to visit the Pep in Yeoville and arrived there 15mins before they closed. The security at the door was so rude and told me that they have closed already. I asked for the manager and he said he is not available then I asked the security for his name and he responded that he doesn't have one. I am appalled with the attitude I received because they are not adhering to the store trading hours. I had to drive around trying to find an open Pep. I would like this to be addressed immediately.
