I recently in mid November bought a phone by pep cell in Bayside mall Cape town.2weeks later the phone went of and never went again.i few days later I took it back and a few days later they told me it's the charging block and it's not there problem.im a grown woman who lookes after my stuff never abused the phone and used it for work purposes i demand a new phone or my money back or me and my friends wil never put our feet in pep cell or pep clothing ever again i have supported pep for years and was always a happy customer.natascha zenha ***
