Pathetically produced goods

Dear Ola/Unilever, I am truly disgusted. This is not the first time i have come across an ice-cream that's either the wrong flavour/wrapping, horribly melted, tasteless or just poorly made. Today, I've had it. I'm done. I'm disgusted. We have purchased multiple boxes of Choc Pies, Choc Mints etc. The problem is... 90% of them were just ice. I don't see where's the cream from 'ice-cream'. I don't taste it either. Nor does my family. Then, to our surprise, some of them were just chocolate with a little flavoured ice on the inside. What on earth. Literally, there were empty spaces beneath the chocolate. Have you turned to shrinkage? Shame on you!!! I must emphasise, this is not the first time. Please tell me what quality tests you run on your products? Or do you even? Who allows these products to reach the shelves? This is pathetic. The first few times we had experienced it, we just brushed it off. But now, it's like a norm for you to sell us these pathetically produced goods. I've purchased ice-creams from stores that have your fridges as well, and it is horrifying, I then complain to them about the ice-cream I purchased from them - and then hey! Guess what, they are continuously complaining of your pathetic service towards them. I believe them as I have experienced it first hand. By the way, I don't know if you have a new recipe, but these ice creams are forever soggy - No matter the temperature of your freezers, they just refuse to freeze. Your products suck. Your service sucks. You suck.
Yours not so sincerely,
A customer that's done with you.
