Omo not cleaning

When we were growing up my mom used to use Omo washing powder and I noticed the washing did not come out clean so we stopped using it. I decided to give Omo another chance and bought Omo auto washing liquid at the end of October and I noticed for the second time that my underwear came out of the wash still soiled as it went in and there weren't even difficult stains! I dont understand how a product can still be on the market which does not clean washing. Our washing machine is working well and cleans my underwear 100% when I use any other washing liquid or powder so I can only conclude that it is Omo that is the problem
