NOT HONOURING A COMPETITION WITH MUSICA

I won two competitions through Magnum Ice Cream, both on the same day. I won a Spa voucher and a Musica voucher. I used my promotional code sent to me via SMS with Sorbet for the Spa, and I was sent a promotional code for Musica for R100 voucher valid until 31 Jul 2015. I went to Musica to buy two sets of head phones and I produced the SMS. The lady behind the counter said - well, she has never heard of that. So she then called marketing and spoke to a girl who said - its impossible and its ****. They absolutely refused to believe me!!! When I said to the lady at Musica at Somerset Mall in Somerset West that I would then report this to Hello Peter, she said - PLEASE, be my guest.<br> <br> SO HERE IT IS!!!! Lip service, bad service breach of contract and made to look like an idiot in a shop!!!!
