No goods delivered as promised
I bought a defy washing machine at Hirch's late last year. got the promotion card for omo products filled in once they delivered my machine. the promotion card stated that they will give me omo washing products. Someone from Unilever did call me to confirm my address, but up until today nothing has been delivered.
