No comfort from from your Comfort

<p>Hi Unilever</p> <p>I've used and supported your Comfort fabric softener since you launched it and have loved the various fragrances you brought out. Much to my dissapointment when you mess it up,you do it well...</p> <p>One of you your refill packs was a bit too thick. I thought it would be OK and thin out in the wash and have tried 3 times to use it but each time have had to suction it out using a syringe! I've wasted a whole pack!</p> <p>Please watch your quality control Unilever...even the big ones can fall...</p>
