Magnum & Ole Products melted when purchased.

Several times now we have purchased various Ole ice cream suckers including the mint choc pie and the variety pack of Mini Magnums. Every single time the ice cream is melted it makes no difference weather we purchase them at Spar or Checkers or Pick n Pay. Why is this so - does Unilver or Magnum have their own merchandisers or are the supermarkets to blame. We pay high prices for this luxurious ice cream only to find it is melted. Today I purchased a variety pack of mini magnums from Superspar in Umbilo (Queensmead) and when I opened it and took a bite the entire magnum crumbled and running ice cream ran out and the weight of the liquid caused the wrapping to collapse. Fortunately my reflexes were fast enough to move off my brand new couch to let it spill on the carpet. Fed up with this product - either you must insist that the supermarkets store the product in closed fridges at the correct required temperature (not open island fridges) or recall the range and re look at how you are going to store it. There is no point in wasting money on an expensive ice cream that is always melted.
