Lack of integrity

I raised a query about the quality of Dove Beauty Bar in comparison with regular soap when combatting coronavirus and received a useless response from Sibahle in the Consumer Engagement Centre, who then ignores further communication from me. I therefore presume the Dove product is not as good as regular soap. I expected the company to have the responsibility and integrity to be transparent about this. It seems I was wrong about Unilever.
