Knorr thermal Mugs

<p>I would just like to say well done to Knorr. A few weeks ago my husband and i was in checker secunda mall and got the knorr lady at the entrance. She promised him a mug if he bought a few packs of cup of soup.Well he bought way to much if you ask me but thats the wife in me talking. When we go back to the knorr lady all mugs were gone as she gave 1 too many to one customer. My husband was ****ed and asked me to log a complaint on their website. I did and didnt really expect anyone to reply but within a day or 2 a very nice lady contacted me. She apologised on behalf of the promotion lady as well as advised my husband would be getting a mug or 2 in the post. Today those mugs have arrived. Thank u very much Unilever and Knorr for restoring my faith in your customer service. Actually around of a plause on how you handled this matter. Well done to Sharmaine of Unilever as well. Can remember when last i experienced such good customer service</p>
