Knorr cook-in-bag melts onto chicken

Twice now I have been disappointed by the quality of the bag in the Knorr cook-in-bag product. The first time I thought I had done something wrong but last night I had the same problem and I was doing everything right. The actual bag started melting onto my chicken - clearly the quality was not up to standard.<br>
