Improved Sunlight dishwashing liquid - thick as a brick

Sunlight dishwashing liquid has been a trusted brand for many years. And it still is - for now. They never publish the percentage of active ingredients, so it is difficult for a consumer to determine, unless it is tested chemically and for cleaning efficacy, etc. So, if they change the formulation, no one will know it was changed. In the days of prices going up all the time, manufacturers find new ways to remain profitable. So, I was fascinated by the statement "Improved formulation" using bio-enzymes. Tragically, the liquid is now so thick that one has to shake it out of the bottle like a thick sauce! Usually, manufactures of dishwash detergent use cheap table salt to thicken it, misleading consumers into thinking thickness has anything to do with strength. So please, decrease the excessive thickness, I am not going to battle with a sticky green slurry in my kitchen !

Dear Unilever,

Thank you for your feedback on the thickness of the detergent, I agree that the Winter has a marked negative effect on the flow of the product. I also understand that there are Gentle as well as a Antibac versions of the product that would have different viscosities !

Kind Regards,

Hendrik
