Harmful products of treseme

So for the past two weeks I’ve been using treseme to wash my hair after few days I started to notice that it has been burning my sculpture, ears and the back of my neck. Obviously I stared to notice this Sunday, after washing my hair my ears were burning and I couldn’t understand why but the Monday they were hard and darker feeling/looking like something burnt me. Moral of the story when I bought their products I never thought they can be this harsh and harmful to someone sculpture, trusted the brand but nope. Even have pictures as evidence because I’ve been to clicks and called your toll free number but no response I guess I should take this public this time around

I complained in March for my damaged sculpt which is still damaged, you took the products now I don’t have evidence to send to my dermatologist which cannot state treseme damaged my skin since “you “ will sue him???????????? how pathetic.....I guess I’ll take this to court and press. I still have pictures and all the emails
