Handy Andy Quality & Rude Call Centre Agent

<p>We buy 5l Handy Andy products from G-Fox on a monthly basis to re-sell to our clients, today i recieved a call from my client stating that these 5l bottles are just filled with a clear liquid like water and if they shake it, it foams up and turns to white but still has the consistency of water. I opened one of the 5L i have in stock here by us and discovered the same thing. We phoned Unilever and spoke to a call centre agent by the name of Bongi, she was extremely rude saying that it is not Unilever's problem and its G-fox's problem because G-fox manufactures the product. The more we tried to explain to her that it is genuine Handy Andy made by Unilever the more rude she became. She insisted that we sort it out with G-fox. I told her that we would post a review on Hello Peter and her response was that we should do what we want to. This is a huge problem for our business as one of our biggest clients are threatening with taking their business elsewhere. We have since spoken to G-fox who will come collect the stock from us and inspect it however i find this unnaceptable from Unilever. Your product is losing us money.</p>
